Project: Technical Marketing & Corporate Communications for Timken
Role: EN>CN Translator & Localization Partner
Scope of Work:
As a trusted linguistic partner, I am responsible for translating and culturally adapting a diverse range of materials critical to Timken’s presence in China. My work ensures both technical accuracy for B2B audiences and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Key materials include:
- Technical Marketing: Product brochures, data sheets, and specification documents requiring precise terminology.
- Awards & Recognition: Press releases for industry awards and quality certifications.
- Corporate Announcements: Strategic business news, financial updates, and market expansions.
The Goal: To bridge the gap between Timken’s global engineering standards and the Chinese industrial market, ensuring that every communication—from a technical datasheet to a corporate press release—builds trust and reinforces their leadership.
